Work is charged on a per minute basis as follows:

Please note that these rates are dependent on the audio quality of the recording and may be subject to a proof reading charge to ensure the transcript is the best possible quality.

If a recording is of poor sound quality or the accents of the speakers are particularly difficult, we will transcribe a "tester" section and then quote a price for the whole job.

TURNAROUND

Our office hours are 8.30 to 6.30 Monday to Friday, any work received during this time will be returned within three working days of its receipt. Urgent work will be started as soon as we receive it. Out of hours work is also undertaken, so please feel free to call us.
